Our Panel Positions & Contracts

Most large commercial furniture purchases in Australia are made through a panel, a standing offer or a common use arrangement. We hold positions on those arrangements across federal and state government, the school and university sectors, and with some of the country’s largest corporate and construction buyers. For a buyer, it means we are already approved, already priced and already compliant, so ordering from an Indigenous business is no harder than ordering from anyone else.

That reach is deliberate. We are an Indigenous-owned and profit-for-purpose business, and these panels are how public and corporate furniture budgets turn into Indigenous jobs, apprenticeships and community outcomes. Spend with us counts toward Indigenous procurement targets under the Commonwealth Indigenous Procurement Policy and the equivalent state policies, and toward Reconciliation Action Plan commitments. Our furniture meets the standards these arrangements demand, so the social outcome never comes at the cost of quality, warranty or delivery.

Below are the arrangements we currently hold. If you are buying under one of them and are not sure how to place an order with us, talk to us and we will walk your procurement team through it.

Federal Government

Department of Defence

Office Furniture, Living-In Accommodation Furniture, Whitegoods and Household Furniture Hire (SON4175803)

We have held a place on the Department of Defence standing offer for office and living-in accommodation furniture for more than eight years. It covers the furniture that fits out Defence workplaces and the accommodation Defence personnel live in, from desks, seating and storage through to bedroom and living room furniture for LIA blocks. This is the arrangement behind most of our Defence work: thousands of orders delivered to bases and establishments across the country, including remote sites where delivery and installation take real planning. Defence buyers can order directly under the standing offer, and that spend counts toward Defence’s Indigenous procurement targets.

Furniture supply and install under the Commonwealth property services arrangement

JLL manages a large share of the Commonwealth’s office property under the Whole of Australian Government property services arrangement, and we are a contracted furniture supplier under it. Federal agencies whose accommodation, fitouts and relocations are delivered through JLL can have us supply and install furniture as part of that work, without running a separate furniture procurement. It is one of the broadest routes we have into Commonwealth office fitouts, and it puts an Indigenous supplier inside the standard federal delivery model rather than alongside it.

State Government & Schools

Victorian Government Schools

Standing Offer for the Supply of Office and Education Furniture to Victorian Government School Councils, Department of Education

We are an approved supplier on Victoria’s standing offer for office and education furniture, held through the Department of Education. Every Victorian government school council can buy from it directly, covering classrooms, libraries, staff and administration areas, and outdoor settings. Schools tell us what matters is furniture that survives a decade of hard use, arrives when the builder or the school holidays allow, and can be ordered for a single classroom refresh as easily as a whole campus. That is how we supply it. Because school councils make their own purchasing decisions, this is also where the community side of our work is most visible to the people spending the money.

Office and Education Furniture State Contract (DoE2040350214)

We sit on the NSW Office and Education Furniture State Contract, managed by the Department of Education for the whole of the NSW government. It is a mandatory contract, so NSW agencies buying office or education furniture buy from suppliers listed on it, and approved non-agency buyers with an NSWBuy number can use it too. The scope runs from seating, workstations, desks, storage, soft furnishings and screening for offices through to classroom and outdoor furniture for schools. For agencies working to targets under the NSW Aboriginal Procurement Policy, we are a way to meet them inside the contract they already have to use.

Standing Offer Arrangement QED SOA 104526

Queensland state schools buy furniture through the Department of Education’s standing offer arrangement, and we are listed on it. Any Queensland state school or education region can order from us at agreed pricing without running a separate quote process. We supply classroom, library, administration and staff furniture, and we can work from a school’s own layout or refurbishment plan rather than a fixed catalogue page. For schools it removes the procurement work; for us it is the route into Queensland’s school building and refresh programs.

Common Use Arrangement for Furniture, White Goods and Electrical Appliances (CUAFWE2024), Department of Finance

We are a contracted supplier on CUAFWE2024, the Western Australian Government’s common use arrangement for furniture, white goods and electrical appliances. It covers office, education and residential furniture, and WA agencies can order directly from panel members for purchases up to $50,000, seeking quotes from several members above that. The arrangement is non-mandatory, and WA procurement rules separately allow agencies to buy direct from Aboriginal businesses outside it, so agencies can reach us either way. Being on the CUA simply makes the paperwork easier for those who prefer to use it.

Current rollout of four schools with Built Environs

We are delivering furniture for four Victorian school projects with Built Environs under the Victorian School Building Authority’s program. These are new and upgraded schools, so we work to the builder’s program and furniture lands as each stage is handed over. It sits alongside our Victorian school council standing offer and covers the capital works side of Victorian education rather than day to day school purchasing.

Universities & Research Institutes

Federation University

RFT 2020-12

We have been an approved furniture supplier to Federation University since 2021, covering teaching and learning spaces, staff areas and administration across the university’s campuses. It is one of our longest running university relationships.

Listed supplier on the Advanced portal

We are listed on the Advanced procurement portal used by a number of Australian universities and research institutes, which lets their staff order from us inside the system they already use. Our range, pricing and lead times sit in the portal, so a faculty or facilities team can raise an order without stepping outside their own procurement process.

The institutions are:

  • Australian Catholic University
  • James Cook University
  • Queensland University of Technology
  • University of Melbourne
  • University of Queensland
  • Walter and Eliza Hall Institute

Universities carry some of the strongest Indigenous engagement commitments in the country. These arrangements are how those commitments turn into actual spend.

Corporate & Construction

ANZ Logo

ANZ, through JLL

JLL ANZ Bank Master Vendor Agreement, supply and install
We supply and install furniture for ANZ under JLL's master vendor agreement. The work covers ANZ's branch and office network, and it is usually a rollout rather than a single site, which means a consistent specification and repeatable delivery and installation across many locations. Our ANZ branch work is among the projects we are best known for.

CommBank Logo

Commonwealth Bank

Preferred Supplier
We are a preferred furniture supplier to the Commonwealth Bank, covering office and branch requirements. It gives their property and workplace teams a direct route to an Indigenous supplier for both standard and custom pieces.

IAG Logo

IAG

Approved Panel Contractor
We hold a contract with IAG as an approved panel contractor for furniture across their workplaces. The panel process pre-qualifies suppliers on capability, compliance and insurance, so IAG project teams can engage us directly on a fit-out or a refresh.

Barpa Logo

Barpa

National Agreement
We have a national agreement with Barpa, the Indigenous owned construction company. Barpa builds across Defence, Health, Education and Justice projects around the country, and the agreement means our furniture can be specified and delivered as part of their fitouts. It is one Indigenous business working with another, which compounds the Indigenous content of a project rather than counting it once.
